It is mainly referred to as the International Tenders Division of the Group and divided into five  sections:
Section (1) -Agent of oil services for drilling and Oil Exploration handling international tenders for the drilling rigs, Seismic 2D, 3D and e-logging,
supplying spare parts and equipment, wellhead, well testing equipment, electrical submersible pumps, pumping units, etc
Section (2) -Agent of large diversity of equipments like: swivel, cementing equipment, elevators, milling tools, butterfly valves, sucker polished and pony rods, ball valves, etc
Section (3) -Agent of CNOOD Asia Limited : casing and tubing, drill pipes, oil well pipes, steel fittings and flange, stainless steel seamless and welded pipes, PVC pipes and fittings, ductile iron pipe and fittings, coating and painting pipes, line pipe.
Section (4)
-Agent of EPC contractors for leading Chinese companies in the field of:
-Infrastructure (roads and bridges)
-Power generation & distribution-Airports
Section (5) -paper and board: agent in Syria for different manufacturers and suppliers, participating in international tenders for paper and board.
